INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINER

Upon joining a district without a formal technology training plan, I developed a comprehensive catalog of professional learning opportunities—offered via live Zoom sessions and a self-paced digital portal. In 2022 alone, more than 4,100 individual courses were completed by over 700 educators, district leaders, and paraprofessionals. To support ongoing, on-demand learning, I created interactive documents, launched an Instructional Technology YouTube Library, and produced targeted video tutorials to reinforce key skills. Participant feedback consistently rated the sessions as excellent, with 98% of responses exceeding standard benchmarks. This work reflects my ability to design effective, user-centered training solutions for all ages, learning environments, and subject matter.

As High School and Beyond Coordinator, I led a complete rebrand of district-wide materials and student-facing activities to meet OSPI requirements. This included developing curriculum for over 5,200 students in grades 6–12 and launching Xello, our new college and career readiness platform. To support implementation, I built a centralized digital hub for staff training and instructional materials, and conducted a system-wide audit of Skyward registration processes with counselors and administrators. These efforts enabled consistent four-year planning and empowered students to align their course pathways with post-secondary goals. Below is the registration website and student resource experience I designed.
